Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

In the rare event that you are unhappy or have had a change of mind regarding your recently purchased product, and you wish to return or exchange it, the following guidelines will apply:

 

If you notice manufacturing/workmanship errors on your newly purchased product, we will undertake to repair it. If repairs are not possible, a replacement will be provided at the earliest. You can request for repairs/replacement within 90 days of receiving the product.

List of manufacturing/workmanship errors:

  • Scratches or dents in hardware
  • Detachment in components
  • Split or jammed zippers
  • Loose treads, broken/skipped stitches and open seams
  • Raw or unfinished edges
  • Asymmetric or off-centred construction

Please Note:

Leather is a natural material and has its natural characteristics of grain or marks, depending on the leather choice. This makes each piece unique. Natural grain and slight color variations cannot be considered as a manufacturing/workmanship error; in fact these prove that the leather is genuine.

The colors you see on screen may vary to an extent on the actual product. This is due to minor color variations in the leather produced in different batches, and used from time to time. It might also occur due to different screen calibrations, and in the way human eye perceives color.

An order once placed is accepted for return/exchange upon our review, for either manufacturing/workmanship defects, or under any other valid circumstances. Kindly follow the steps below,

  • For returns/exchanges, please reach out to our customer care
  • Upon reviewing the circumstance, the reverse pick-up will be arranged by us, and once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected based on your reasoning
  • The product should be sent back to us unused, with all original packaging intact, including the dust bag
  • The refund is processed against a store credit refund, or the full paid amount can be refunded to the original payment method

Please Note: 

  • The product sent for return/exchange must be the same product that you purchased from our website
  • The Sac & Satchel Company cannot guarantee or replace products damaged by neglect or mishandling, including exposure to moisture, severe tears in leather or lining, and ink marks or stains
  • Each product purchased can be only exchanged once; multiple exchanges for the same product are not permitted
  • For international returns/exchanges, only the value of the product will be refunded, and we will not refund the shipping rates or any other additional taxes and duties borne by the customer during the original delivery

 

Customization Products:

  • Products that are customized cannot be returned once purchased
  • They can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing/workmanship error


Cash Refunds:

We do not issue cash refunds for returns/exchanges currently.


Gifts:

  • If you wish to return a product marked as a gift while ordering and shipped directly to you, you can avail a store credit refund for the order value. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, store credit details will be sent to you via email
  • If the product wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will directly issue the refund to the gift giver


Product purchased from other online stores:

If you have purchased a töhl product from another website, the return policy for that purchase is subject to the terms and conditions of the store where it was purchased from.
