Ordering & Shipping Policy

ORDERS & PAYMENT

You can order töhl products online at www.tohl.in. All orders are subject to acceptance by the company and availability of stock at the time of placing the order.

Payment options

We provide a safe and secure payment gateway offering the following payment options:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Card
  3. Net banking

Currently we do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as a payment option on domestic or international shipments.

For international payments, some of the above options may not be available in your country; this will be determined at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Free shipping is available to most cities in India and orders are delivered within 7-10 working days. Order processing begins on receipt of payment by The Sac & Satchel Company.
  • For International customers there will be an additional shipping charge based on the location. Kindly refer the table below to understand the shipping charge you may have to bear. Based on the product you buy the shipping rate will defer based on the pack size and will be displayed at the time of the checkout. We have three pack sizes small, medium and large. Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order
  • We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • If you are based out of a remote location or a courier non-serviceable area, please write to us with your complete mailing address and order details at customercare@tohl.in or call our customer care helpline number +91-83000112000, and we will arrange for a suitable service to deliver your order. Please note that carriers may charge an additional sum to deliver at remote locations, and in such cases we will intimate you prior to delivery. Any additional taxes charged by the shipping company will be borne by the customer.
  • Our customer care line will be open Mon – Fri, 09:00 to 18:00; except on national holidays.
  • Our courier partner may need to get customs clearance for international deliveries; any additional taxes, import duties, customs charges levied by the country of import will have to be borne by the customer.

Please note that:

  • The Sac & Satchel Company shall not be liable for any delay/ non-delivery of purchased goods for reasons related to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of The Sac & Satchel Company.
  • Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, government instability, strikes etc.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the products howsoever caused.
  • Shipping of orders is specific to the address provided, and not to the name of the customer.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to view the progress of your order on the carrier’s tracking page. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours before you can track your shipment. 

USER INFORMATION:

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. The Sac & Satchel Company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), The Sac & Satchel Company has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

DAMAGE OF PACKAGES

  • All our products are quality checked and come in secure packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you feel that the package has been tampered with or damaged. In such an event, we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged part and email them to customercare@tohl.in. Do not sign for or accept the damaged package from the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in good condition.
  • If you have accepted the damaged package, the return courier costs will be borne by you. The Sac & Satchel Company will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
  • All products are insured by The Sac & Satchel Company against loss or theft while in transit at no additional cost to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Orders once placed, can only be cancelled if they haven’t been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellations on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • In the case of a cancellation, we cannot provide a credit refund. You may exchange the product for another product(s) of the same or higher value by paying the difference. You may also opt for store credit to be added to your account against the returned order, which you can use to shop online, within the stipulated validity.

GIFTS

  • If you intend your purchase to be a gift to another person, please make sure to highlight the same in the notes section
  • Even if we remove the tags from the product, as per the shipping rules in and from India the invoice has to accompany the parcel
  • If you would like the person whom you are gifting to, to choose the product from our online store you can give them the gift of choice with a töhl gift card.
  • Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
  • If you would like a personalised digital gift card to be created with a brief message on it, and your gift card value is over INR 8,000, we'd be happy to help! Contact us via our email or on our helpline number.
  • Please note: our Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value. They can only be redeemed via our online store.
