Orders & Shipping Policy

ORDERS & PAYMENT:
Orders of töhl products are to be placed online at our webstore www.tohl.in

Payment options:
We provide a safe and secure payment gateway offering the following payment methods:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Card
  3. Net banking
  4. UPI payments

Currently we do not offer cash-on-delivery (COD) as a payment option, on both domestic and international orders.

For international payments, some of the above options may not be available in your country; this will be determined at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

  • We offer free shipping across India
  • Order processing begins on receipt of payment by The Sac And Satchel Company
  • Domestic orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days, excluding public and regional holidays
  • International orders will be delivered within 7-14 days
  • For international orders, an additional shipping charge will be applicable. Kindly reach out to our customer care, as the rates are subject to change due to volatility at the moment. Rates are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the package, and destination door to door delivery modes. Our courier partner may need to get customs clearance for certain orders. Import duties and customs charges (if any), levied by the country of import, will have to be borne by the customer

Please note that:

  • The Sac And Satchel Company shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods for reasons related to flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond the control of The Sac And Satchel Company
  • Occasionally, delivery schedules are subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partner or transporters, due to weather conditions, government instability, strikes, etc.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the products howsoever caused
  • Shipping of orders is specific to the address provided, and not to the name of the customer

Order Tracking:

  • Opon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email
  • Once the order is dispatched, the courier tracking link will be sent to your email, and the progress of your shipment can be viewed on the carrier’s site
  • Alternatively, you can view the status via the link in the footer of our webstore
  • Please note that it might take up to 24 hours for tracking details to be available live

 

USER INFORMATION:
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. The Sac And Satchel Company reserves the right to confirm, and validate the information provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), The Sac And Satchel Company has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration, and debar the user from using the services available at our website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

DAMAGE OF PACKAGES:

  • Our products are quality checked and come in secure packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you feel that the package has been tampered with or damaged. In such an event, we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged part, and email them to our customer care. Do not sign for or accept the damaged package from the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in good condition
  • If you have accepted the damaged package, the return courier costs will be borne by you. The Sac And Satchel Company will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise
  • All products are insured by The Sac And Satchel Company against loss or theft while in transit at no additional cost to the customer

 

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Orders once placed, are accepted for exchanges or returns only for a manufacturing or workmanship defect, or under any other valid circumstances
  • Kinldy send the products back in its original packaging
  • The return courier pick-up will be arranged by us, and once the products reach our warehouse, they will be checked based on your reasoning
  • Return orders are processed against a store credit refund, or the full paid amount can be refunded to the original payment method

 

GIFTS & GIFT CARDS:

  • If your purchase is a gift to another person, please mention that under the notes section, with the respective shipping address
  • Gift cards are delivered by email, and contain instructions on how they can be redeemed.
  • Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value; they can only be redeemed via our online store
  • If you would like a personalized digital gift card to be created with a brief message on it, and your gift card value is over INR 8,000, please reach out to us
